SPC Floor Production Process

In recent years, the export of PVC flooring presents a steady growth trend, and the total amount and proportion of SPC locking flooring are also increasing.
In foreign countries, SPC lock floor has replaced traditional floor to become a new trend. How to produce SPC floor?
Today I will introduce the production process of SPC flooring.

1. The hybrid

2 extrusion

3. The ultraviolet (uv)
Dust removal → hot air drying (in addition to moisture, softening wood) → single-roller coater (primer) → double-head brush machine →UV dryer (paint instant drying) → single-roller coater (finish paint) → heat leveling → ultraviolet dryer (paint drying) → conveyor
4 slitting and slotting
Inclined roller conveyor → multi-blade saw (slitting, fixed width) → roller conveyor →90° elevation machine → double-headed saw (fixed plate length) → slope climbing machine → slotting machine longitudinal milling (long side slotting)) → slotting machine end milling (short side slotting) → paper out
5 the back
The floor to be treated is conveyed in an adjusted limiting device, bonded to two pressure rollers so that the silent film and the floor are firmly connected together, and then the finished product is obtained by transverse positioning and finishing.
6 oil chamfering
Oiled around the V-shaped groove in the floor, dried and transported to the long silo for oiling and drying of the long side groove and then into the High Efficiency Drying Channel Conveyor for final product.
